THRUWAY EAST to EXIT 44
ROUTE 332 ALL THE WAY into CANANDAIGUA to PHELPS STREET (approx. 8 miles)
TURN LEFT at the CAUTION LIGHT onto PHELPS STREET (Street is between the
Canandaigua Fire Station and Great Harvest Bread Company)
STAY ON THIS ROAD FOR APPROX. 3.5 MILES, the road changes names and becomes
County RD. 46 (you’ll go thru a 4-way flashing traffic light)
TURN RIGHT on COUNTY COMPLEX DRIVE (marble marker Hopewell Complex)
TURN LEFT at the 4-WAY STOP SIGN and PARK in the SMALLER LOT which is straight ahead
ENTER the BUILDING at the DOOR FACING THIS LOT
Once in the building, PUBLIC HEALTH is the SECOND DOOR on the RIGHT

ROUTE 17 WEST to 14 NORTH to 5 & 20 WEST into CANANDAIGUA (approx. 15 miles)
TURN RIGHT onto COUNTY RD 47 (Green sign on Route 5 & 20 that says COUNTY COMPLEX / JAIL)
TURN LEFT onto COUNTY RD. 46 (The buildings will be on the left after Freshour Rd.)
TURN LEFT into the COMPLEX
TURN LEFT at the 4-WAY STOP SIGN and PARK in the SMALLER LOT which is straight ahead
ENTER the BUILDING at the DOOR FACING THIS LOT
Once in the building PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICE is the SECOND DOOR on the RIGHT

390 NORTH to AVON EXIT (5 & 20 EAST)
5 & 20 EAST into CANANDAIGUA
TURN LEFT at the TRAFFIC LIGHT on COUNTY ROAD 10 (Mobil Station)
TURN RIGHT at the 4-WAY STOP FLASHING LIGHT onto COUNTY ROAD 46
DRIVE APPROX. 2 MILES (you’ll see the county buildings on the right)
TURN RIGHT onto COUNTY COMPLEX DRIVE
TURN LEFT at the 4-WAY STOP SIGN and PARK in the SMALLER LOT which is straight ahead
ENTER the BUILDING at the DOOR FACING THIS LOT
Once in the building, PUBLIC HEALTH is the SECOND DOOR on the RIGHT
