If you live in Ontario County and want to apply for health insurance, you can enroll in health care programs at one of the following sites.

All programs have certain income and/or resource guidelines. You can learn what those guidelines are by calling the phone numbers listed with each program.

Pregnant Women

Pregnant women can apply for Medicaid through a MOMS or PCAP provider for presumptive Medicaid coverage which will begin paying for the pregnant woman’s medical bills as soon as she applies if she is within certain income guidelines.
