Known as the “Nursing Home Without Walls”, Ontario County’s Long Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP) provides nursing care in the comfort and security of home to people with chronic illnesses.

This program can provide an alternative to nursing home placement. There are enhanced services for individuals with AIDS through our AIDS Home Care Program.

Contrary to what many believe, it is not necessary to spend down their personal resources in their entirety in order to qualify for this service.
